I need to reorder my stock and got interested in the bamboo salts. Does anyone here use it and would recommend it over the Celtic? It sounds pretty healthy. That just encourages people to continue to try to make a profit off of an essential mineral. Redmond's Real Salt is the least expensive, at least in North America. Celtic Sea Salt can be found for good prices if you shop around. Salt is supposed to be a commodity, not a luxury. Anyone who lives on a budget should just put aside these adverts to spend big bucks on salt. People have preferences about which salt they like, some people use a variety of them, some only one. It really comes down to a matter of taste. I personally like to get a large quantity of salt at a time.
