Guest guest
Love to know if I can take any kind of unrefined salt. What about " rock Salt " or " Epson salt " ? All the salt I see are very white, but I read that is a sign of refinement? So far I could not find " celtic salt.

Guest guest
Hi was taking Hymilan (Spell ?) ordered 25 lbs of it and then I had a person tell me the pink color is IRON and if I kept taking colored Salt my IRON leavels would get high, and high leavels of Iron are just as bad as low levels, they scared me :)LOL...... I did just get my Iron leavels checked and they are in the middle not high... Donna what do you think about this? Thank you Pam > > > Love to know if I can take any kind of unrefined salt. Guest guest
Hi Pam,I have never heard that before, you could ask the sellers of Himalayan salt that question. I think IF it is iron, it might cause you to go higher, but you can’t really make a blanket statement that everyone will. I think there are many on this list that use Himalayan regularly, maybe some will respond to your question. Personally, I wouldn’t be afraid to keep using it.
