Guest guest
It flushes out the whole system via both exits. It is the lymph system as well as circulatory and digestive that is " flushed " . Joyce Simmerman
Guest guest
That would be a salt flush. How much salt are you using? 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon is recommended for salt-loading. The flush requires more salt and was part of Stanley Burroughs Master Cleanse. You may want to reduce the amount of salt you are using if your object is to get the kidneys to flush bromine. > > Hate to gross anyone out, but is it normal for the effect of salt > loading to flush the water out of the colon instead of urination? Guest guest
I use 1 tsp as someone mentioned somewhere that it works faster. I didn't know there was something formerly called a " salt flush " I just used the term flush to describe what happens. > >
Guest guest
Hello Marcus. I wanted to share a related experience I had. I recently started taking daily Iodoral. First three days I took 100 mg (I know it's recommended to start with much smaller dosage but I'm generally speaking pretty healthy and impatient). The first day I did not notice any detox symptoms but by the third day I clearly noticed I quickly developed a dull headache and light headedness; and like you seemed to be urinating from my colon. Forth day I cut dosage to 50 mg but still noticed a less pronounced headache but the same emergency runs to the restroom. I should add that I drink 2 liters of water immediately upon waking up each morning followed by a few cups of hot Japanese Green Tea (been doing this for years). I think the hot tea aggravates the symptom you described. The remedy I discovered that I want to share is that upon finishing my two liters of water I now dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt in 1/2 cup of water and drink that with my Iodoral; and this completely stops the problem you described that I was also experiencing. But in my case it's the salt therapy that is preventing the problem not causing it. I regularly take 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt per liter of water I drink (I drink 3 to 6 liters water per day depending on my activity level and therefore 3/4 to 1.5 teaspoons salt per day). For some reason dissolving 1/2 teaspoon of my daily salt and drinking it in 1/2 cup of water first thing in the morning has a different effect than taking the salt on the food that comprise my daily meals. I don't know if what I have shared helps you or not but I was experiencing the same problem you described and I found a way to prevent it. My guess is you are not getting enough salt if the problem persists based on my experience (but there are others here much more qualified to say if my experience can be generalized to apply to you or not) P.S. I am now taking 35 mg of Iodoral each morning without any detox symptoms (headache andnlight headedness) but I still find it necessary to drink the salt water described here to prevent the problem you mentioned). > > Hate to gross anyone out, but is it normal for the effect of salt > loading to flush the water out of the colon instead of urination?
