Wow, this is really interesting, I agree with you, it's very odd. I had heard that a new company was making natural dessicated thyroid and that it didn't work very well. You know, I'm thinking that if big pharma makes meds which are harmful to us, it's not a stretch to say that they really don't care if their meds work or not. Also interesting that the FDA made Armour reformulate, afterwards it didn't work for any more for many people, myself included...and now, we have a new natural thyroid med.

Things that make you go HMMMM....Just sayin'.ArielOn Wed, May 11, 2011 at 5:24 PM, <mixolydian.siren@...> wrote:

Hi everyone.

for the last 2 months it seems like the earths gravitational pull has been incrementally increased...or to put it another way-it seems my Armour Thyroid wasn't working anymore.

I did some investigation and determined that the onset of this problem was when my pharmacy switched me from Armour Thyroid from Forest to Acella Pharmaceutical...I went online to see if I could find out the ingredients-I can tell you from experience that the one from Acella has a very distinct sweet taste...

It's interesting to note that Acella Pharma. has NO product info at their website. When you click on the " products " link this is all you get;

" Acella Pharmaceuticals offers a diversified portfolio of products available for a broad range of therapeutic categories including:

* Dermatological

* Women's Health

* Cough/Cold

* Nutritional Supplementation

If you have product questions, please contact Acella Pharmaceuticals, LLC. For legal information regarding our products, please view our Product Disclaimer. "

NOT even any mention of actual prescription drugs...I feel very suspicious of this...does anyone else have any input? (I had a stash of Armour Thyroid from Forest and am continuing to take my 12.5 mgs of Iodoral, trying to work up to 25 mgs)

Greatly Concerned with the obvious lack of transparency.

I have to respond to your e-mail because the new Armour didn't work for me either. For that reason my naturalpath but me on the nature symthetic thyroid...not sure what it is ... just know it didn't make me sick. Personally, I don't trust anything the government offers us.

I felt a little hyper on the Armour before they changed it. Afterwards, the new stuff, nothing. I get mine from a compounding pharmacy.

Just exactly what IS a 'natural syntheteic'? As opposed to an artificial

synthetic? Come on! You really don't have to put up with this, you can order NTH

without a Rx., and without Gov't ordered 'reformulation'.I've been doing it for

2 years now.Its called Thyroid-S.Jim
