No, that's not a good article. It is full of misinformation about iodine

as well as selenium. It has been posted before and we have discussed

it. The first major error is that the article states iodine has only one

function in the body, in the thyroid-- this is patently false and the fact

they think this is true indicates they are operating from the Western

medical lies about iodine, which they go on to prove to be the case. It

goes on to many more serious errors. While it is important to supplement

with selenium, it is NOT true that iodine causes hypothyroidism. Do not

rely on the information in that article. Reading that article will cause

confusion but offers no net information, and nothing new.

If you want to know the real truth about Hashi's and iodine, there is a

long section in the New Member doc on the subject.

People often ask when they should take their companion nutrients. There

has developed in the health community a tendency to overcomplicate things,

as if, if it's very complicated, it must be better or more effective. The

fact is that we know that people who have taken their iodine and all their

companion nutrients once a day in the morning have been cured of Hashi's,

among other results.

So there is no need to complicate matters. We prefer to keep the iodine

protocol very simple in order to ensure the highest rate of success--

complicating matters leads to failures. The New Member doc addresses when

to take the companion nutrients: whenever you want to.
