How long did the iodine colour stay on your skin? If it stays for about 24hours or more, then you are not iodine deficient anymore.

Please read the New Member document that you received when you joined and

that is sent out to the list twice a month, or go to the Files Section and

find it. it discusses testing.

The patch test is not considered reliable.

This is not true. The patch test is not reliable. Do not believe

this. Please read the New Member doc about testing.

Hello , thanks for telling me that. Unfortunately I am not able to open the NEW MEMBER DOC. I do not know why.

Can you give me reliable sources for that.
