I think Dr. reco mag citrate, then I have read mag lacate, and also mag glycinate. also what type of zinc would you recommend? Right now we have Optizinc by Source Naturals. 1 tab = 30mg zinc monomethionine (optizinc) and 300mcg of copper sebacate. I have my daughter taking mag citrate at breakfast, lunch and dinner. When she comes home from college I thought I would start her on zinc at dinner.
