You could be suffering from Hashimoto's instead of Graves so it might be a good idea to go to the file section on the group page and look for both of these conditions, your symptoms should help you to work out which one you have by comparing them to the information available. Please try not to worry too much, the help is on here it just takes a little time for your post to fall into the right hands unfortunatly that is'nt mine as im a complete novice myself, so hopefully our wonderful or one of the other lovely ladies or gentlemen will be along very soon to offer their invaluable advise. Guest guest
Hi Amber: Here is the link to the files section which you may wish to read. Just click on each subject and the article should open for you: thyroid treatment/files/Graves%2C%20Ha\ shis%20%26%20Antibodies/ Amber do you have the results of your thyroid tests with the reference ranges? By law you are allowed to have a copy of all your test results and you should give your surgery a ring to have them either send you a copy or give you the info over the phone. It will help to see these results. Are you taking any supplements? Vitamin C, magnesium, selenium, Celtic Sea Salt, etc? Cheers, JOT hi everyone, > > > I am new to the group and only found out about it yesturday and my health visitor suggested this might help me get some answers and understand more about thyroid as i find it really confusing!!
