Go to our FILES SECTION a\ccessible from the Home Page of this

and click on FILES on the Home Page Menu. Scroll down to 'All Natural Thyroid

Extract' and open that FOLDER. In there, you will see the document 'How to Use

natural Thyroid Extract' and follow the information there. It would have been

better had you ordered the 1 grain (60mgs) tablets and started the first 7 days

on half a grain (30mgs) but you can use the quarter grain tablet as directed in

that document. You increase your dose after 7 days by another half grain, and

then increase by another half grain after another 3 weeks etc etc.

Hi I ordered some Armour thyroid (T4 and T3)

from the USA and it has arrived today. I ordered the lowest dose 1/4 of a grain.

What dose should I start on and how much should I increase it by and by what

length of time? Many thanks. Hoping the T3 give me my life back after 8 years!
