I am of the belief, for health you must begin at the lowest basic

level. That be digestion,

Researchers are saying as we age, we lose our ability to digest. To

remedy that problem.

I think it prudent to add in Betaine HCL, digestive, pancreatic enzymes.

We can drink manna from heaven, but if it is not digested,

assimilated, we are spinning our wheels. perhaps just feeding the

yeast/candida/thrush, all the health foods, all the script meds are

merely crutches until our digestive tract is functioning properly.

Ninety percentile of our serotonin, the feel good neuro-transmitter is

manufactured in our small intestines, albeit the medics tell us it

never gets to the brain, I don't believe that, none the less if our

body cannot digest and send along the necessary serotonin procurers to

the brain, then we will be depressed.

Sometimes in life, we step over dollars looking for dimes, and in the

case of digestion, I think we do that, by taking this magic bullet,

that magic bullet, when the route problem remains the same, that is

our basic digestive tract is not functioning properly. We, currently

human beings are not designed to live in this world as it is now, ie

full of stressors, which in turn mess up our digestion, most of us go

through life, living in denial. Doling our dollars to the medical

community. And we cannot blame them, they need us to stay sick, lame

and lazy.

It's what makes those house payments, auto lease payments. Cruises to

the Bahamas.

My answer to health is take Betaine HCL, increasing the number of

pills until we get heartburn, that way, the food, medication we know

is bring fried to satisfaction, then throw in some pancreatic enzymes,

to break up the remainder, after first being bubbled in acid. Chug a

little aloe vera juice to feed the flora in our digestive tract, and

we'll be acting like " Toni the Tiger " .

Anywho, I stumbled through twenty years of ill health, allowing

undigested food to flood my veins, building a junkyard of yeast, a

cavern of toxins, a boatload of half digested supplements, and all the

benefits went to those who could digest properly.

Finally I suppose I got tired of being sick and tired, or perhaps lucky.

Just my uneducated viewpoint, david lubbock tx
