Guest guest
I believe there are many on this group that would tell you YES! they have done just that. Of coarse, its not JUST iodine.Need the companion nutrients, (Yes, thanks all! I found them, right where I was looking.) Its too bad you had 1/2 your thyroid removed, just because you had a goiter. If you had started on iodine, surgery would have been unnecesary.By the by, technical point; unless you are a dog, you only have 1 Thyroid gland.Dogs have 2; 1 on each side. People have 1, connected in the middle, hence the description " Butterfly shaped " .Jim > > I'm on Amour, and am being treated for adrenal fatigue. My dr. recently suggested Iodine. > > I'm curious if Iodine can replace thyroid meds completely. I have one thyroid gland. Other gland removed after it grew into a 5cc goiter. >

Guest guest
Please don't clip the previous message . I know other groups like this to be done; however, we would prefer you leaving the previous message, as for example, I have no idea what this is referring to. Thank you.Kathleen Re: Can Iodine eventually replace Thyroid meds? meant globe? One side of gland removed.
