Guest guest
That is a wise decision, it would seem very simplistic, however, when undisgested food passes and is not completely digested, it causes leaky gut syndrome. Unfortunately if we are stressed, our body assumes we are about to be eaten, so it puts all it's resources into our running gear, the heck with digestion as it falls to the bottom of it's priorities. The immune system then sees those perhaps larger than normal, food particles and perceives them as the enemy, and wages war, causing inflammation, perhaps this is the start of chron's, ibs, ibd, celiac's disease. And just perhaps that is why we are short on iodine, vitamin D, serotonin? david lubbock tx On 4/24/11, Ariel Monserrat <wolvenwood@...> wrote: > Very interesting , thanks for your input. Guest guest
I tried taking " Nature's Sunshine " Betaine HCL but each time I got a congested type, uncomfortable feeling, probably in my stomach area although it felt like in the oesphagus. So I stopped using it. Does anyone know why I would have got this sensation? Guest guest
Betaine really should be taken with the first bites of a meal. It can cause the symptoms mentioned previously if taken at the end of the meal.
