The label states: " Bio-Grown Food-Cultured Nutrients result in a broth in which ive nutritional yeast is cultured with vitamin c, whole soy flour and food concentrates. Our biolically alive process results in nutrients that are remarkbly easy to digest and utilize, while simultaneiously offfering naturally occurring phytonutrients such as soy isoflavones, beta glucans, bioflavanoids, SOD, glutathione, lipoic acid and enzymes. " Six Tablets contain: Vitamin C 150 mg. Iodine (as kelp) 14 mcg. Dry bioflavanoid 60 mg. Superfoods: Kelp (Laminaria digitata 15 mg. Potency Assured Herbal Extracts: Acerola (fruit) 18 mg. Tumeric (root) 6 mg. Eleuthero (root) 6 mg. Long Pepper (fruit) 6 mg. Tea, Green (leaf) 6 mg. Ginger (rhizome) 6 mg. Elder, American (fruit) 6 mg. Astragalus (Huang-qi) (root) 6 mg.
