vax requirements in other countries

I'm sorry if this is a re-post, but I'm wondering if anyone has a good link that

lists vax standards of other countries? I'm curious about

what ages shots are commonly give elsewhere (for exapmle DaPT @ age 2 in Japan),

school " requirements " in other countries (which shots if any do schools want

children to have),

which shots have been banned elsewhere that are still used here etc.

I've never been able to find a good link for this sort of info- wondering if

anyone else has?
