Vaccination Exemption in Florida

Hi, all! I'm sending my Dd to daycare (have to, don't want to) this summer,

and they want either a shot record or an exemption letter. I thought I had

read somewhere that I needed to get a letter written, and then take it to the

health department, where they would give me a religious exemption. Not sure,

now. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
