that rebels of one wing of the Cabinda Enclave Liberation

Front-Armed Forces in Angola have abducted a health worker who

was carrying out a vaccination campaign. o Paim--who had

been administering measles vaccinations in the oil enclave of

Cabinda--was ambushed in his car and captured, though other

passengers managed to escape.
