Their supplements are used by many children with Autism, allergies, digestion problems etc. They really seem to care about their customers! It is the only CLO I feel safe using for my children. However, from what I understand, children with autism and associated disorders do not do well on borage oil. These children need to get their omega 6's from evening primrose oil instead. Flax oil and Cod liver oil are the best sources for omega 3's. Unfortunately, (according to Dr Mercola: see http://www.mercola.com) Many people do not tolerate flax seeds/oil. Many children with severe allergies, digestive problems, etc (like my son) also do not do well with pumpkin, saflower, sesame or sunflower. For who asked if CLO contains vit A.....yes, it contains a very good form of vit A that is better absorbed by most vaccine injured kids. Unfortunately most sources of CLO may be contaminated. I'm sorry, I didn't realize that the Vit A was the concern here, I thought it was the mercury contamination of our seafood (therefore Cod Liver Oil). My son gets his Vit A from numerous other sources, I only give him this oil blend to satisfy his EFA needs. You're right, his oil doesn't have Vit A. This kid needs to take vitamines 4+ times a day and he is pretty good about it despite the foul taste. He knows it has to be done and is a real trouper. My daughter on the other hand, I have to be more sneaky with. I mix it in to a couple of ounces of undiluted, organic, fruit juice.
