know...keep in mind that the way ultrasonic waves work are by sound

waves--these can cause cell disruption and when you are talking about a

fetus, forming cells at such a great rate, any cell disruption can be

devastating. maybe we cannot always see the damage done, but it may be

there...

years ago i saw a video on " simatics " . I believe that is the spelling. It

showed what sound waves do to matter. i was always told to stay away from

ultrasounds and told both of my DIL. unfortunately doctors won out.

no visible damage. but if you could have seen that video you would never

even think of it.

I saw that, too. I was truly amazed that a fetus could not only live through

it, but also be born appearing completely normal. Scared the **** out of me.

I was not surprised when a study showed genetic faults and mutations in rats

for up to 10 generations afterward...
