OT - kindof - symptoms of infant chickpox

I am curious - if anyone knows - what the symptoms of infant chick pox is and if this will provide enough immunity? Differing information from a variety of sources has piqued my interest.

had a fever for 1 day and developed a number of blisters on his bum and lower abdomen - I kept waiting for them to increase and go on his body - but they just faded away as quickly as they came - nothing like any other rash I've ever seen.

I have had chick pox myself when younger and don't remember them being that terrible.
