Vaccinate all to protect a few?

The more pro-vaccine material I read, the more I am getting the impression

that we are required to vaccinate all to protect the few with immune system

complications who are not able to be vaccinated, and pregnant woman.

Case in point: From the Seattle Times regarding two children that came down

with measles:

" In rare cases, measles can result in fatal complications. It is also

dangerous to pregnant women and people who have impaired immune systems. "

Is that the reason most are forced to risk the dangers of vaccines?
