Where can I find Projected Dose Changes?

Hi all. I used this calculator when I changed over to NTH, but the link is no

longer directing to the spreadsheet. Does anyone know where it can be found

these days?

If you enter 150 in T4 for the starting dose and 200 for the final dose you can

see how long if takes before the full stable T4 dose is reached.
