Success! Finally an Endo open to NDT

Hello all, I just wanted to share that I finally found an Endo that was open to prescribing NDT. I'm close to being stable in my labs (this last draw should tell it all), but still have secondary symptoms to hypo/hyper. I went in yesterday prepared for battle and she was not only receptive, but basically cut me off at the path by starting out with " my colleagues don't prescribe Armour, but I do have a few patients on it... "

 

Overall, the visit was a good one and we discussed everything that I was having problems with. She still wasn't 100% on board with the NDT, or testing minerals for cell receptivity, but at least she humoured me without being insulting.

 

It was so nice having a mature, rational, educated discussion with an Endo. Hell a Doctor in general! So, I just wanted to share and tell everyone on here who's having doc issues, HANG IN THERE! They ARE out there, don't give up. Keep looking!
