I have just had the below results

Ferritin 55 (10-180)

As its on the low side I think I need to get it up the range a bit, what do

people on here take? also I take Erfra in three divided doses and as iron needs

to be takenat least four hours from thyroid meds Im just curious as to when most

people take their dose. Is it ok to take at night?
