Dont worry about the questions...this whole site is dedicated to us asking questions of each other.

If you can buy a severn day tablet case. I have three...one for morning one for evening and one for midday...and then I take stuff just upon waking and further just before sleeping. So each week I pile those pills into their required case and then for the rest of the week its easy...I just have to remember to take them, but if the case is empty I know I have done so without confusion.

As I said general rule glandulars on an empty stomach at least 20mins before food and vits and minerals immediately after food as though they were part of your diet...the gastric juices are flowing at this point which helps absorption...sheila identified contradictions such as Iron and Calcium should not be taken when you thyroid dose is taken and also magnesium and calcium (if you need calcium) are also taken separately. Magnesium best before bedtime as its very calming on the body...etc.

They all sound good useful vits etc and ones the adrenals and thyroid will enjoy...making it a little easier for them to function well.

Hi SallyI have a swag of vitamins and supplements, but have not been taking them properly....too hard to work out when I am feeling awful. I need to get them properly organised into days and when to take them.I have multi Bs, C, D3, selenium with A, C & E, co-enzyme Q10, adrenal response ( by Innate - mostly ginsengs etc), BioCeuticals Thyroplex with iodine, amino acids and various vitamins. I know I am quite low on B12 and am investigating getting that as injections to speed that up. Can you suggest anything else? I am also trying to get Nutri Adrenal Extra but haven't been able to catch the chap on the phone yet...I am in Australia, so the time differences are a problem.If I increase the Armour, should I increase the hydrocortisone? My Armour is in capsules so I can't cut it. My present dose is 30mg. Is there a best time to take the vitamins etc?So many questions....sorry.---

.Sorry I didnt answer this direct question....I would not increase the HC personally, as I personally would wish to concentrate on mor natural supplements to support good adrenal function rather than to stifle it with the possibility that it is stiffled for ever. We talked that you are on a small dose (physiological dose) for now and that is good........so I personally would increase my NDT and leave HC take vits and minerals properly and see how that feels....if I needed to I would can increase \HC later......Sally xxIf I increase the Armour, should I increase the hydrocortisone?
