Dr Peatfield's Metabolic Clinic

Something has gone drastically wrong with my list of people who have an appointment to see Dr Peatfield in his Yorkshire clinic. A gremlin appears to have taken over, and although I have mostly sorted it out, the names and address of the two people attending on Thursday afternoon, at 1.30p.m. and 2.45p.m. have completely disappeared so I have no record of who they are. The 1.30p.m. appointment is for a NEW PATIENT and the 2.45p.m. appointment is for a FOLLOW UP appointment.

If you have been given either of these appointments, please will you let me know who you are and your address/telephone number as a matter of urgency.

Apologies in advance for any inconvenience.

I realise that Lilian. Nobody has laid claim to those places as

yet. We will have files available for them, it will be a new one for the new

patient anyway, but it would have been good to have the details for the follow

up patient. I think I am too involved in too many things that are happening

lately LOL!
