Guest guest
Hello Sheila and members, I am needing help in sorting out what may be going on. As you may remember when I had the Genova test results it showed I was at exhaustion stage and very ill at that time. However, with Sheila's help and that of Dr P I immediately raised my HC and then bought NAX. I wasalso on NT - 2 gns at the time but owing to increased heart rate (and I have a heart condition) I had to drop right down to one. However although I did feel lot better in that the pain I was in was very much reduced, I guess from the adrenal support, the energy problem was only slightly better. Then I thought I might be better with T3 only as suggested by one or two people. I tried this and when I got up to a whole 25mg the same thing - raised pulse sometimes to 160. So I dropped back but realised I was better on the NT but only on half a grain. Now taking only 2 NAX otherwise I can't get to sleep if I take higher dosage, 20 or sometimes 30HC and half grain of NT. My earlt temp as stabilised at around 96.8 and rises during the day to around 97 0r even 98 but is stable unless I have another cold which causes it to drop slightly. So my questions are do I need to do a RT3 test or any other test, or am I being impatient in wanting recovery to come sooner(I have been very ill for 12 years)or is there anything else that I am missing. The brain is still not able to grasp all of the details involved in this mysterious illness. I do feel that my major factor is adrenal fatigue owing to years of stress and last year was particularly stressful again with both son and husband being critically ill. I am also very prone to catching colds and viral infections(I take all of the necessary supplements). I have not been out of the house for three weeks except to go to the hairdresser yesterday, but I contract mostly upper respiratory infections and most are air borne anyway. Thanks for any advise or help. Best wishes Audrey
