Guest guest
HI ALL Here is a good item on sunflowers and the goodness they contain, but on reading more into sunflowers too many can put on weight, so fine for those that need to put on weight, but sunflowers should only be nibbled for those that don't. I have also read that one should carry a handful of sunflowers as a treat instead of crisps and chocolate, if one feels hungry. Sunflowers are full of the sun, so in turn full of vitamin D. This is food full of goodness and cannot be patented. They also have magnesium and natural calcium so should be good for our bones. NO FILLERS IN THEM EITHER.
