Not surprised

I am not an adrenals person and hopefully someone else can help more

but have seen a lot of adrenal results go by.

HC is replacing the hormone you are failing to make, it's a

prescription drug although available mail order without.

What I meant by " adrenal support " is nutrients which help the

adrenals, vitamins, electrolytes, etc together with adaptogens. Those

can work well on " not too bad " cases but I have a feeling they won't

do it for you

> I dont really know what to do for sure as my GP refuses to help as the blood

test she did came back " normal " . I was prescribed prednisolone for " asthma "

(which I believe is just hypo air hunger) so was thinking of taking 5mg a day

for about 12 weeks??? grateful of any advice.

Prednisolone is the same sort of compound but is slower acting and 4

times stronger.

5mg in the morning and another 2.5 lunchtime can be very effective,

again it's available from overseas.

Were you taking, or had you recently taken, any of the pred when you

had those saliva tests done??

If you had what and when were you taking and how close to the saliva

test?

still taking the seretide inhaler (left it off for 2 days prior to test) but I

dont know if that would of affected the salivia test???

One of the ingredients in your inhaler

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fluticasone_propionate

Is a Steroid and I don't know if that will have been enough to upset

the results of the saliva test, it may well be disturbing yout

adrenals though stopping it just 2 days before the test. Maybe someone

else can jump in here with the effects of inhalers as I don't know the

answer

Not at all, language only works if all the people understnad the same

things from the words and heath is too important to risk

misunderstandings
