Guest guest
Hi Stacey This was exactly how I felt when I lowered my NAX too quickly, the loose bowels is my problem also so I know what you mean, you might find your temps have dropped, check it out and it will give you a pointer. You have to reduce the adrenal meds very slowly when you are well enought to. Luv Stephie ---> > > Hi all, > > I was up to 3 Nutri T a day (under Dr P) and started to get very loose bowels. As it was the newest I had taken I stopped it and my bowels went back to normal. I can only assume that the fillers were not agreeing with me and causing sensitivity. > > > Thanks > Stacey >
Guest guest
Hi Stacey This is how I felt after trying lowering/stopping adrenal support, my bowels were like yours so I have sympathy for you stopping. Check your temps they will be probably lower and that will let you know. You have to stop NA very slowly even when you are well enough to do so. Luv Stephie > So, today, I feel quite unwell and very tired. I have been very tearful and feel almost trembly - that feeling when you get low blood sugar. I am also planning to start some gentle exercise of swimming to supplement the dog walking and waiting to hear about this diet in the newsletter - so being pro active as always! > > Thanks > Stacey >
Guest guest
Hi Stacey, how long have you been taking Nutri Thyroid and are you also taking Nutri Adrenal Extra, plus how much vitamin C are you taking daily. I am sorry to hear that you have had so much stress, which will be made worse by stopping your Nutri Thyroid. Would it be worth starting the NT again for a few days to get back the good benefits and put up with the bowel problems until you get your T3? Why are you having to wait until middle of January to get your T3. Have you considered telephoning Dr Peatfield as you are his patient and asking for his recommendations under the circumstances. Guest guest
Hi Stephie, I believe Stacey was talking about Nutri Thyroid and not Nutri Adrenal Extra. Guest guest
Hi, Thanks Sheila, I am waiting for Dr P to call on ring back. I ordered the T3 and the email they sent indicated that it would take about 21 days to arrive so I am guessing it is around mid Jan bearing in mind Xmas/New Year post etc. I take 1-2000 of vit c with all the other stuff. I will see what Dr P says and then probably continue with the NT for now. I also think that when we cannot avoid stressful situ's and other pressures com to bear then it doesn't matter what we are taking - we can still feel momentarily pooey. Thanks Stacey
Guest guest
Hi there, I spoke with Dr P and he suggested that I take 1-2 instead and see how I go and he will discuss the T3 with me when it arrives. He was not aware of anyone else having problems with the fillers in Nutri T. I will start again tomorrow on NT Thanks Stacey > Have you considered telephoning Dr Peatfield as you are his > patient and asking for his recommendations under the circumstances. > > Luv - Sheila > >
