Thyroid peroxidase antibodies

My thyroid peroxidase antibody level has come back as above range

147iu/ml (<=50.00 I am not really sure what this means, sould I be asking for

any follow ups based on this result?

Also my serum vitamin D 28.8 the ref range says over 30 is vitamin d sufficient,

what would be a good amount to supplement the vitamin d please ? Thank you for

any help.
