It simply doesn't work like that. I am posting a link to all members during the course of the next couple of days to 'An Incredible Diet that really Does Work' - where you can lose up to one pound a day - and often 2 or more. Watch this space - and who knows, 2011 could be the year we all get our lovely sylph-like figures back. I started this diet when I was 10st.13lbs 2oz.
