Guest guest
i take several supplements, advised by Dr P and maybe other people and i wonder if need to take them all. I have official hyposurrenalism and i take 35 mg of hc and 70 mcg of t3. I couldn't convert t4. I do feel better with my hc and t3 but about 70 %. I have several other problems since i got the fatigue 7 yrs ago. My asthma and allergies worsened a lot and i developed periarthritis in my shoulder which hurts me. I have the impression that the stress i got 7 yrs ago has led to an overall decrease in my immune system. my doubts: 1) L-tyrosine (what is this for?, i take t3 and i think it is to help conversion of t4 but i don't take t4 anymore?) 2) NAE how many should i be taking? originally i was taking 3, reduced to 1 because of sleep problems. But sleep ok now so i could increase again. 4) siberian ginseng and liquorice- Nutri 5)CoQ10 6) selenium Also i wonder if should take unprocessed salt. I can't stomach it in the am . How necessary is it? I understand why i take these: 1)vit c ok 2) vit b 12 3)vit d something (3?) 4) iron 5) i take omega for my sore shoulder and back and glucosamine. thanks for your patience berny
