I ordered the test.

I was wondering if I should be eating gluten for a little while before testing?

I haven't eaten any in a year? Should I eat some of the foods I think that I am sensitive too for a bit before?

You might want to contact the people where you ordered your test

from Ellie and ask them this question. Tell them that you haven't eaten any

gluten in a year and be guided by them.
