Hi

berny - I will leave it up to you to decide whether you need to carry on taking

the supplements you have doubts about by giving you further information about

them.

my doubts:

1) L-tyrosine (what is this for?, i take t3 and i think it is to help

conversion of t4 but i don't take t4 anymore?) http://ezinearticles.com/?What-is-L-Tyrosine---We-Discuss-Benefits-and-Precautions & id=493309

2) NAE how many should i be taking? originally i was taking 3, reduced to 1

because of sleep problems. But sleep ok now so i could increase again. http://www.worldwideshoppingmall.co.uk/body-soul/nutri-adrenal-extra.asp

4) siberian ginseng and liquorice- Nutri http://www.buzzle.com/articles/siberian-ginseng--its-many-benefits.html

5)CoQ10 http://www.buzzle.com/articles/coenzyme-q10-benefits-weight-loss-gums.html

6) selenium http://www.buzzle.com/articles/selenium-benefits.html

Also i wonder if should take unprocessed salt. I can't stomach it in the am .

How necessary is it? VERY important. http://www.naturalorganiclifestyle.com/raw-unrefined-sea-salt.html

Hi Berny:

Of all the wonderful things unprocessed salt does for our bodies, one of the

best thing it does is remove bromide from our system. Bromide is a halide which

is toxic to our bodies. (along with Chlorine and Floride).....

Bromide blocks the absorption of Iodine which is why we have such an epidemic

of iodine deficiency in the world. The salt attachs to the bromide and carries

it out through the urine.

Dr. suggests the salt first thing in the morning (adrenal fatigue book)

because it gives the adrenals energy in the morning, which in turn gives you

energy. The salt doesn't have to be taken in the morning, but this is why it's

suggested to take it in the morning.

Cheers,

JOT
