Guest guest
Hi Berny: Of all the wonderful things unprocessed salt does for our bodies, one of the best thing it does is remove bromide from our system. Bromide is a halide which is toxic to our bodies. (along with Chlorine and Floride)..... Bromide blocks the absorption of Iodine which is why we have such an epidemic of iodine deficiency in the world. The salt attachs to the bromide and carries it out through the urine. Dr. suggests the salt first thing in the morning (adrenal fatigue book) because it gives the adrenals energy in the morning, which in turn gives you energy. The salt doesn't have to be taken in the morning, but this is why it's suggested to take it in the morning. Cheers, JOT
