GP referral to Dr Skinner

Hello

everybody,

I

promised I would find out whether patients still need a referral letter from

their GP/hospital Consultant in order to see Dr Skinner. The answer is YES, Dr

Skinner still needs a referral letter. Dr Skinner apparently has heard

nothing from the GMC so no one knows where things are at this point in time.

However,

the referral point is helpful as it keeps all the administrative side in order

and Dr Skinner and his team are sticking to that. Dr Skinner had that in place

before the GMC recommended it.

If

I hear anything different, I will be sure to let you all know.
