Guest guest
Hi , I would not advise taking anti-depressants as they can be addictive and hard to come off. depressionis an hormone problem . maybe hormones not getting into the cells or not enough T3. also the adrenals play a large part in out emotions. these hormones produced by them is vital to our well being. your doctor will be unlikely to understand this and will try to get you to take the anti-depressants. but i would get my adrenals and thyroid tested privately as this is the best way to get answers as to the cause of the problem.look in our files for info on testing. Angel. who sometimes feels a bit down and understands that anti-depressants are not the answer to this problem. if you are on the correct hormones then this problem will go away, sheila will back this up with this info.
