Vitamin D injection Wednesday

I had a call from the hospital yesterday and I'm going in on Wed morning for a

Vitamin D injection.

I know that this should bring my levels up from the current 25 (10-60)to

something more acceptable, but does anyone know whether I can reasonably expect

any improvement in any of my symptoms?

PS Thanks Sheila for your advice earlier in the week. I am really low at the

moment, but will tackle all that stuff soon - honest.
