Since last posting that my temps were averaging around 36.9c a day, after

stopping all T4 and just switching to T3 (20mcg) about a week ago, they're now

plummeting.

I had a reading of as low as 35.6 this lunchtime and the average yesterday was

36.4 so quite a bit down. I'm still pre menstrual so nothing's changed there.

Is this telling me something? If so what? T4 getting out and need an increase?

Interestingly they've dropped since I upped my adrenal support.

Any thoughts.
