Stop for about a week, longer if possible and start again on day

8 after starting the HC. Good luck and keep us informed as to how you are going

on Sandie.

My HC has finally arrived so I need to know how

long do I have to stop NDT for? is it a day or a week? bearing in mind I am on

1 grain NDT and have been on NAX for about 7-8wks already.
