Guest guest
Hi everybody, on saturday I met a lady who told me she had chronic fatigue syndrome, and I lent her my book by Dr P. She was reluctant to take it as she is certain that it would not help as she has chronic fatigue and not a thyroid problem (the front of the book is very specifically saying help for thyroid patients, and her diagnosis is different) but in the end she took it, to be polite I think. I hope she will read it and perhaps consider some of the information. I will see her on saturday next week, as she is doing some cushions for me and we will collect them, and I will get my book back. Has anybody got some links that I can print off and give to her some information that might be helpful. Not too long, just a few pages max. I could see she was walking with difficulty, and it reminded me of my own problems with walking before I had treatment, like walking through treacle and treading on knives!! She said her hands were weak and she dropped things, she was worried about dying as she is 53 and she thinks the average age at death for patients with her condition is 54. love from janet
