Guest guest
I saw my GP almost four weeks ago and she said I was suffering from depression. Hardly surprising since I had recently lost my job in very unpleasant circumstances and through no fault of my own. She wouldn't prescribe an anti-depressant at the time, as apparently you have be depressed for six weeks before they will prescribe. Since I'd already been depressed for a couple of weeks, she said I could back to see her after four weeks, so I've got an appointment to see her on Monday. I expect she will now offer me a prescription, since I'm not feeling any better. I don't really want to take an anti-depressant, but I can't carry on like this. I'm doing hardly anything each day, which is unlike me. I would be grateful for some advice as to which anti-depressant would be best, given that I am taking T3 and HC and I don't want to interfere with the progress I've made so far. Can anybody help please? Many thanks
