lycee pendant 4 annees et a l'universite aussi pendant 4 annees. Il

y a vingt ans, j'habitais a Paris pendant 6 mois et je parlais,

ecrivais et lisait tres bien, mais j'en ai beaucoup oublie. C'est

vraiment triste . . . .

Anyway, let me stop. My brain hurts from trying to remember my

French. To answer your question, my oncologist/hematologist does

not believe there was any connection between the embolism and

CMl/Gleevec. In fact, he alone among my doctors is not entirely

convinced that I had an embolism. (My platelets are normal.)

Nevertheless, here I am still on Coumadin 8 months later and not

very happy about it. Every time I cut my finger, it's a nightmare

trying to get it to stop bleeding. But then, I'm sure you know that

better than I.
