Mixing Nutri adrenal & Citalopram anti depressant

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience of taking Nutri Adrenal and Citalopram

anti-depressant medication alongside each other?

I've lived with a depressive disorder all my life and in my 60th year I've

reached end of tolerance.

However, I've never been able to take SSRI anti-depressant medication because

the emotional side effects make me worse.

I'm now trying half a drop daily (1mg)of Citalopram (as Cipramil). The side

effects are awful.

I also take 150mg of Nutri Adrenal daily & I wonder if the mix is also causing

some of the side effects ~ insomnia being one of them.

Any input appreciated ~ my GP won't know anything about NA!!!

why are you taking it if it's making you feel so bad with side effects?

There are plenty of other anti depressant drugs available, and also herbal

alternatives. can your gp refer you to a psychiatrist ?
