anyone else having problems ordering from number one pharmacy..?

as per the above,

twice I have gone to place an order now of thiroyd and cortef, and twice they

have come back to me and asked for personal details in a very unsecure manner..I

think to be honest it's down to the 3d secure sytems all credit and debit cards

are running with online ordering, however they are being blatanlty foolish and

blase with the information I gave them on the first attempted order two weeks

ago. Firstly I had noticed I was not getting my repeat orders and due to my

change in computers had lost all data pertaining to my account, so i asked them

for account retrieval information/help, and said that they had a problem with

the server/system and lost quite a lot of accounts/information, and would be

best if I set a new account up. So I waited couple of weeks as thought had

plenty left( thiroyd ) as had two bottles on the go, but turns out wasn't much,

so went to order using my husbands Egg visa, he's the primary card holder, i,

the secondary, and as you know they don't accept mastercard..I know there is a

time difference, but they waited more than a day to say they needed a date of

birth for the primary card holder...now technically shouldn't really given them

that, but as a desperate sufferer went ahead, and gave it as-/-/75, now they

came back again more than a day later saying had tried to use -/-/97..??!!

Really what bank would give a card to 13/14 year old, and had tried it TWICE

potentially locking the card..!! I sent them a rather irate e-mail saying how

dare they do this without my express permission and really the information I had

given re the date of birth was plain as the nose on your face, and how

incompetent could they get..??

They then came back asking for a password, which I wouldn't give them, and as my

husband a senior corporate banking solicitor quite righlty pointed out if I had

given such information in an unsecure environment, and the card had been used

fraudulently, we would have no comeback, and also make him look rather foolish

considering his position.

So I tried, with my own bank visa debit, and again the same incompetence, but

this time had tried to use my husband's correct date of birth for my card..!! So

now really don't want to use them, and would appreciate a link to a competent

supplier's website where can be confident in using them and still escape the

import duties etc..

Also as a footnote, as have no NTE, have reverted back to 150mg of levothyroxine

boosted by four thyromine that had kicking about, as well as 4-6 NAE, now am

actually feeling a lot better, however the condition of my hair and facial

appearance deteriorated considerably, wonder why would feel better, is this a

false sense of security..?
