Your 'Practitioner' for Genova Tests

I have written to Genova complaining that they are sending my

members test results to Thyroid UK and they should have on the form that

Thyroid Patient Advocacy is their Practitioner. For those who have noticed that

they have Thyroid UK as practitioner, please will you amend this to read

Thyroid Patient Advocacy instead, when you return the requisition form. Please

see below.

Please would you take note that this is the second order this

week where my members have complained that they put 'Thyroid Patient Advocacy'

as their Practitioner, yet when they received tests, whoever had arranged these

had put 'Thyroid UK' as ;Practitioner'. Please can this be rectified as soon as

possible so the correct Practitioners is stated.
