Have you seen your GP lately. If not, make an appointment

specifically to get some blood tests carried out to check your levels of

ferritin, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, magnesium, folate, copper and zinc. You

could be low in the reference range with any one of these which would stop the

thyroid hormone from getting into the cells and you may need them supplemented.

When you get the results post them here and we will help with interpretation of

them.

With your Himalayan Salt, have a glass jug or a bottle and fill

it full of water. Add some chunks of the natural salt and leave it until all

the crystals have dissolved, then add more chunks of salt and wait for that to

dissolve also. The water needs to reach saturation point, and you can only tell

this when there are some of the salt crystals still left in the bottom of the

bottle or jug which won't dissolve. Put on a lid, and every morning when you

wake, you can take a 'swig' of the water neat, or you can put a teaspoon into a

glass and fill up with water or orange juice and drink it down. You get up to

87 different minerals with Himalayan salt and your adrenals thrive on salt. The

solution you make up is called 'Sole'.

This should help, but you also need to take continue taking your

high dose vitamin C, which I suspect is the cause of your 'dire rear'.
