Hi Sheila and Friends,

This is day 8 on 1x NAE, tomorrow will add another one at lunch time,

DHEA just arrived today so will start that to, will give myself a couple

of days at that before I start small amount of T3. I was thinking of

adding Vit C to my supplements, is this advisable if so when would be

the best time to take it.

So far still struggling through that old tired barrier - you know the

one - when everything you do takes so much effort and seems to take an

age to complete.

Have made up a little diary for myself just to remind me of what to take

and when.

Hi Babs,

Yes, you can take vitamin C. You need at least 1000mgs daily and

you can take it first thing in a morning. It is recommended you take higher

doses of Vit. C to help boost your adrenal function. Don't expect too much from

DHEA too quickly. DHEA can take quite some time before you start to feel the

benefit- sometimes, as long as 3 months, so please be patient.

Luv - Sheila

Thanks Sheila,

Your advice has been invaluable, just what I needed - someone to take me by the hand and tell me as it is, have been sitting wondering for months on how to proceed.

As the Baby is so ill I need to be well to support my daughter, Baby's heart operation is planned for next Monday.. the op will take 'ALL DAY', so for sure the adrenals are gonna be stressed on that day.

Dee, was it you that was keeping a diary on your T3 journey, how are things going?
