TRIMETHOPRIM 4 UTI - 3 days only?

This antibiotic info on the internet says it's a 10 day course (200 mg twice a

day). I am taking 200 mg twice a day but for only three days. I am concerned

this short course is counter productive, and plan to ring the GP to query this.

Would you do the same?
