Hi and SheilaThank you for your replies.Sheila I think I will keep on with the T3 first as I don't want to take a diuretic if I don't have to and they seem a bit better today. I usually do drink plenty of water but realise over the last week I had not taken so much as usual - may have something to do with this I think. I am feeling much better in myself mentally and mood wise, physically most notably pain in wrists has disappeared, this was a fairly recent symptom and seems to have improved tremendously. like you I don't think I remember feeling completely well for absolutely ages. I can see I still have a way to go before optimum health. I was thinking about it all the other

day and even at infants school my report went something like "needs to speed up" although I was academically OK. Could that have been due to hypo/adrenal issues way back then do you think? I don't recall my mum having told me if I had the heel prick test. I looked at this on Google apparently only came into practice in 1962 - the year I was born....Anyway I'm waffling now lolWill post again after next increase Thanks againSue x
